Booking

A Touch of Woo is a home based business, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, New Clients will only be accepted via referral from Current Clients. If you are a New Client please contact me at (202) 810-1569 to provide the information for the client that referred you and the service your are looking to book. Your referral will be confirmed with-in 48 hours of contact. PLEASE DO NOT schedule your appointment until you have received confirmation that your referral was CONFIRMED. Any appointments booked prior to referral confirmation DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Appointments are booked on our Services Page or the “Book Now” at the top of every page, through the setmore booking application. All appointments require a non-refundable 25% deposit on the total cost of the services scheduled to be confirmed. Your appointment is NOT VALID until your deposit is made.


Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message via text &/or email upon receiving your deposit. 

You will receive an appointment reminder 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm “Y = Yes or N = No” at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you fail to respond (confirm or cancel) your appointment is subject to cancellation. In turn, you automatically lose any deposit(s) made & is NOT transferable for a different day. 


Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. All services offered have a specific schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule.

A Touch of Woo also offers mobile services your skincare specialist will arrive at the designated location 30 minutes before your appointment to set up for your requested services. Should you not be at the designated location at the discussed setup time your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule.


Late Arrival

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, & you are still required to pay full price. If a client arrives at the designated location more than 15 minutes late, I may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. I regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time additionally a late fee will be assessed. In certain cases, and when my schedule allows, I may accommodate a partial or full appointment; this will be at my discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.


Cancelation Policy

All deposits associated with your appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline (24 Hours Prior) to avoid being charged in FULL. All no call/no shows and appointments canceled within the policy window are subject to being charged in FULL.


Travel Policy

Travel is available at additional fee of $50 for all current Facial services this is a base travel fee which includes 15 miles from Camp Springs Maryland, 20746. For locations 16-30miles there is an additional charge of $100. Travel includes travel, set up and 4 steps. Anything over 4 steps up to 10 steps will be an additional $30 charge.

For any location further than 30miles or over 10 steps, please contact me directly via text message at (202) 810-1569 for a calculated travel fee.

Please note if a mobile service is booked further than 30 miles prior to calling it will not be confirmed. You will receive a cancelation text/email and deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, prepaid services, packages, gift certificates, or purchase products at any time. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DEPOSITS MADE TO SECURE APPOINTMENTS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DEPOSITS MADE IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW, or MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WHICH RESULTS IN A RESCHEDULE OR CANCELATION WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS BOOKED PRIOR TO REFERRAL CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MOBILE SERVICES OVER THE LISTED MILES OR STEPS BOOKED PRIOR TO CONTACT AND CONFIRMATION.......NO EXCEPTIONS.


Privacy & Right of Refusal Policy

I will not give or sell your information to a third party. All client data is, stored on a secured electronic database for your protection. Appointments booked via the setmore application (our booking website) are subject to their terms and conditions. A Touch of Woo does not have any control over its terms and conditions. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary
